Din compozitie se opresc 13 linguri. Restul compozitiei se raceste putin, apoi, pe rand, punem galbenusurile, faina si praful de copt. La urma  albusurile batute bezea se incorporeaza in compozitie. Se pune in tava unsa cu ulei si tapetata cu faina.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce s-a copt se lasa putin la racit, se toarna glazura ( cele 13 linguri in care se pune si ciocolata). Oetker&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aripile spalate le-am pus la fiert intr-o oala  cu apa ( doar cat sa le acopere ) . Totul a fiert la foc mic !&lt;br /&gt;Am adaugat ceapa si morcovii , sare , piper , foi de dafin .&lt;br /&gt;Carnea este gata cand se ia usor de pe os si curcanul meu a fiert repede .&lt;br /&gt;Intre timp am pus gelatina la muiat in apa rece si am zdrobit usturoiul pe care l-am legat in pansament in vederea...scufundarii lui in supa proaspat strecurata ( tot prin pansament ) .
